Left Headphone Broken out of the box
Right out of the box, left bud had no sound. Controls worked, Can see it on the app/mobile.tried firmware update and some other suggestions online no luck. Had to return it. Gutted as was really looking forwad to it.

Sound average, battery life good , but lots of lag even on 2.4hz mode so not good for fps games etc...

Good product
Good product, connects with WiFi dongle for PS5 & Bluetooth for your mobile. Better than average sound but mic is not great for playing games.

Broke in 2 weeks
I take care of my things, i had my previous earbuds for 3-4 years, the right headphone just stopped working one night for no apparent reason. The touch sensitivity on the headphones was also an absolute nightmare, stopping and starting videos or music because my ear brushed the headphone while i was talking or making slight facial movement's. Or if i needed to re seat or adjust them, touching the touch function was unavoidable. I seriously urge you to avoid these, i thought i was buying a Quality brand product with choosing hyperX but they are absolutely terrible. They are so flawed i dont even think they should be allowing the sale, they should be recalled and re designed/fixed. A total waste of nearly £100....

For the time they worked, they were really nice. Good fit in the ear is my highest praise. The sound is good. Nice bass. Although it seems Bluetooth earphones just don't last very long because the left earbud has gone completely silent after weeks of usage. Maybe i just got a faulty product but when i got them they worked and now they don't and i haven't damaged them in any way. The volume has just completely faded.

stopped working just after return warranty and amazon assistants were useless.
earbuds were working fine until just after the 30 day return ran out, then left earbud stopped working. i tried to factory reset the earbuds several times which is suggested on the HyperX website and still nothing. No help from assistants and i tried contacting the manufacturer who couldn't help either as i bought from amazon.

disappointed
Headphones quite often disconnect from Bluetooth a second after connecting. There are sound artifacts when using 2.4 Hz. The volume is just enough. The first headphones that I can listen to at 100% volume. The sound quality is good. But not impressive.
