I already have the leather bands but bought these for my ankles as they are stretchy which is great. They are definitely worth using as I tend to get bit a lot on holiday and I find wearing these I don't . Good value as well.

I'm usually a magnet for mozzies & biting bugs so I was sceptical as to whether these would work... I react really badly & it can make holidays pretty miserable. I took all the usual repellent sprays on a recent holiday to Mexico but from the first evening I decided not to use the chemical sprays & instead put my trust in these little springy bracelets. I didn't get any bites... So I wore them again the next evening & every evening for the entire holiday. I didn't use any other repellents and didn't get a single bug bite the entire time I was there. Others in my party were all bitten several times. My husband also wore them & on the night he forgot to put his on, he got two bites on his ankle. One of my adult son's also asked for a couple after being bitten & he got no more bites once he started wearing them. I liked the colours that I coordinated with holiday outfits, I liked the natural smell (rather than the usual chemical smell of repellents) which lasted on the bracelets for several wears... I liked the fact that they were easy to stretch, to fit my husband's bigger wrists. I didn't wear them during the daytime but wore one on each wrist & one on my ankle each evening. I was very impressed & will buy again.

I packed these for holiday, but forgot about them. I got bitten several time on my leg then remembered these and pulled these out the suitcase. They seemed to help but nothing beats real repellent spray which I also used after being bitten. these bands did look nice though! They last around 24 hours and I resprayed them with the repellent I bought, I’d use them again.

No bites while keeping one of these on your arm during day and night. Keep on in bed.

I brought these due to the brilliant reviews, but I have been in Brazil for almost 2 weeks and they are not working. I am covered in bites and they tend to bite more where I wear them, such as hands or legs. I have altered to a body cream the locals recommended for mosquitos and it seems to be working a lot better. Wherever I go I always get bit by mosquitos, and only a few things work; these unfortunately don’t.

I have used mosquito bracelets before and they have been in their own individual resealable bags. These, however, are all in one big resealable bag which is not very practical! Also on opening the bag the seal split away from the side of the bag rendering the bag useless resulting in having to find other means to seal them. That said, however the bracelets are nicely coloured and do the job.
