Good product for the money
A little trouble with assembly, but runs great so far. A little heavy to use, but we'll built.

Difficult putting together. Second extension wouldn't connect to saw to work. Ad said returns accepted, but when I try to return it, they would not accept the product back. very disappointed. I finally had to take it to a repair person to see if I was. Doing anything wrong. After over an hour connecting and unconnecting they were able to almost line up screw to hole. By putting screw in on an angle they were able to get pole saw to work. So far happy with performance.

Absolutely flawless, everything was perfect. Starts great, runs great long reach and relatively easy to handle.

Decent (Broke handle)
It's good for the price, only down side is the handle on mine the kill button pops up and down making it hard to turn off and on can't return do to needing it asap. Better quality control is needed

Heavy bulky and occasionally the inner links would disconnect from where the joints connect or at the head . Quick fix but still a pain
