I will start with the negative- This cold pressed olive oil is addicting. It is my only condiment. I put it on my meal everyday. It is pricey but worth every Penny, mainly because of its health benefits, but the spiciness is amazing. I now have this in my subscriptions.

Great flavor for all kinds of cooking. Had read multiple posts and articles about high polyphenol olive oils being over powering in flavor and we did not find this to be true. We use for all cooking - eggs, stir fry, ground bison, sauteed vegetables, fried cabbage, meat, potatoes, and more. It is used to drizzle over fish or veggies before wrapping in foil to oven bake. I would not hesitate to use in pancake batter or any baking dishes, but have not done so. I have used it with red wine vinegar on salads for home made oil and vinegar dressing. No drips if you pour then upright the bottle quickly.

Wow! This olive oil is wonderful. Great peppery, green flavor & high in polyphenol. I take a spoonful straight daily, and use it for cooking and salads. The price is very reasonable for a quality EVOO. I highly recommend this product.

I purchased this olive oil to take daily shots for overall health and digestive issues. The taste is great and it smells really good. The quality seems to be very good. I’m not sure if I got the results I was looking for by taking Dailey olive oil shots, but I would recommend this product for salads, etc. it comes in a beautiful bottle and the cork has never leaked.
