I've owned several 10x10 & 12X12 canopies. This is easily may favorite one so far. 12x12 is a good size for vehicles and can still be handled by 1 person. I like that the spikes are pointed which makes them easy to get past rocks. The upper frame rails fit into extra support brackets which will keep the canopy cover from sagging inward. The bag is the 1st bag I've seen that easily fits the collapsed frame with the top cover still attached. It unzips about 2/3 to open wide enough to get the canopy in. Then the bag has 2 pins that lock into 2 of the frame feet that prevents the frame from sliding out. Awesome idea. Also 2 of the frame feet has wheels. It really doesn't get much easier or better than that. Even the included side wall has that silver backing. I'll definitely order another one soon.

Easy to put up with 2 people. easy take-down as well. The sandbags are not useful on pavement unless you bring them filled with rocks or heavy objects. The drop panel attached very easily. Didn't work well to shade the setting sun when a heavy breeze started - it buffets and put stress on the canopy position we had to remove it. Overall, it is a really good canopy for the price. Like any canopy - you need to secure it with weights. The travel bag is great and seems durable. The canopy and panel fabric has a silver reflective underside. It packs fairly well inside the bag - but must be folded the way it ships to fit properly in the bag. It is nice that the bag secures to the bottom of the legs and that two of the legs have wheels for rolling. There are also two handles at either end of the bag making it easy to carry it as well.

I was expecting this canopy to be just ok for the price, so what a wonderful surprise to receive it, even arrived a couple of days early, and find that the quality is impressive! I live in the mountains in Southern Colorado and between the high winds and the beating sun, so far it is holding its own! The first thing I noticed was the sound structure of the frame and legs, along with the snaps and velcro straps for the canopy itself. Really nothing cheap about any of this canopy! And what a plus to have the sandbags included along with the extra panel which can be adjusted to any side. (We are going to use it for a projector screen for movie night). To sum it up, I am extremely happy and I highly recommend this canopy . This is a great canopy and you can not beat the price !!

I am 72 and have had many awnings/Pop ups in my life. I have them here and for my international Horseshoe Tournament in Mexico, Catering and personal events. I held off reviewing this Canopy until I used in on Memorial Day. I purchase the Stars and Stripes. I initially was looking for a Stars and Stripes replacement top to interchange with my current junk for a gig. No luck so pushed the button on this because I can get multiple color canopy tops to interchange with the frame.This is by far the best unit I have used. Ease of Pop up, wheels, well build, carry bag incorporates the legs and wheels! I will be purchasing more and more canopy tops to be versatile.Great Job! Hopefully after multiple uses and time I will have the same Review!

There is one Very Very Very important detail that is incorrect in the listing that has left me in a scramble. But first, this canopy is seriously amazing. So easy, I could even put together with my small kids helping. The color is so pretty, too! I am using for a biz event and looks very nice.This is a 10x10 tent and I am using it for a business event. I bought I custom 10 ft wide banner to hang from one leg to the next. But…. The tent is not 10x 10. The tent is 9’9”. This is 3” too short for the banner. I won’t return either item because I need them now but the inaccuracy in listing it critical In my type of use. I will have to cut my banners and hope they still look professional. I am not sure anyone else has measured because I did read many reviews and no one has mentioned it.If you plan to buy a banner for this tent like I did you’ll need something that will work with 9’9” sides, not 10’.

This is a strong frame that is easier to set up than some I've owned - the button tabs to secure the sides to the frame work so much better than the velcro loop style of cheaper models. Those attachment points seem to be better reinforced than the velcro loop type (which I've had tear there).The cover material seems strong, we shall see how it stands up to TX summer sun. (Ive had cheaper ones where the tarp became brittle and tore easily after a year or so constant use) this looks better made

This thing really only needs one person to set it up and it DOES only take about 5 minutes…and I’m five feet tall. It also takes about 5 minutes to get it down and into the carrying case it comes with.It also comes with string and the stakes to attach it to the ground if you need — I’d didn’t need those so I just put them into the pouch on the front of the carrier bag. It ALSO does come with a side wall. I didn’t LOVE how the side wall attached - maybe I was doing it incorrectly - but I don’t really see myself using it — so, into the pouch on the front of the carrier bag it went. PS the wheels on the thing work fine — it’s a nice touch to be able to wheel it into place. It’s super light weight anyway if you didn’t want to use the wheels…again, 5 ft tall petite woman can handle this thing with ease.It keeps the rain out, for sure, no leaking, yet! I am glad I bought this, it works for what I need it for (ie keeping the rain off my patio so my “princess-pretty-feet” chihuahua will go outside when it rains…
