Good product every time
We bake a LOT and have vital wheat gluten on a subscription. The package is always in tact, long enough expiration date, and is consistently good. It's a lot of money for what you get, but still cheaper than buying in small quantities at the store.

GREAT PRODUCT
Works great. Used this pectin to make several jams. They all came out perfect.

Bag of poison
I didn't read the ingredients before buying, but this is not pectin as clearly listed. It is white sugar and citric acid! Both very harmful to human health. They have no return policy for this. Do not feel to your loved ones, it will result in poor health and a shortened life span.

Great for home made jam
Love to make natural preserves and this pectin is perfect! I use a lot of less sugar! It takes a little time to figure it out how much to use it.

Anthony's Premium Fruit Pectin
This pectin takes a bit of guessing to get it right for the project you are working on. Once, the wifey was canning some muscadine jelly and used the amount recommended and it worked but was left with a small bit of liquid on top. Next time, she used a few more Tbsp of pectin and it worked better!

Great price, but you need much more than other products
Late summer and early fall are canning season at the Reasonable Reviewer household.A key part of canning jellies and jams is having the right pectin. Other brands are more expensive and come with extras like calcium water mix. This pectic is cheaper and the bare bones variety.I was blown away by the price, and immediately ordered it.I made a batch of jelly today using the recommended amount of pectin. After twelve hours, I had juice.I dumped all the sterile jars back into the juicer and added double the amount of pectin recommended, and voila the jelly set.Forwarned is forearmed.I am not angry or upset, just realize that you are going to use twice as much as you think you need. The amount of pectin you get is still comparable to other brands for the price, but it is not the run-away discount that I thought I was getting based on the volume. So far, the quality seems fine.

If you make your own jelly…
Sure-gel has become so expensive. If you make your own jellies, jams or anything else you use sure-gel for, just get this. It’s more cost efficient and it’ organic. If you have purchased this brand before, you should already know how good it is
