They work well
They work well. Took a couple hours to figure out exactly what was going on. I'd like to explain in this review as it is not explained in the Chinese packaging and lack of instructions. What is quite confusing is the way they are added to the OS and how you cannot tell if you are using controller #1 or #2.When you plug in the dongle it automatically adds both controllers with are listed both under the same exact name, and there is no indication on the controller themselves. It adds them both no matter if they are plugged in, on or off. Which one are you holding in your hand? Well you'll have to figure it out through trial and error and switching, and you can go deep into the device ID's, one ends with an 01 and other ends with an 02, but it's not shown unless you go deep into "properties" and device ID's.Luckily for me there was a defect on my controller #1 so I can now recognise it, they had put the LED strip on backwards, LOL, and the analog light is green, while the power light is red, ROFL, it is supposed to be the opposite, and is on the other controller (#2).I guess you could write on them #1 with a silver permanent marker or something, but that is not my favorite thing to do on a new item. These really do eat batteries, reviewers were not lying. Don't expect it to function properly or even turn on with a battery under 50% power, and the use of AAA batteries is vastly inferior to my AA xbox360 wireless controllers. These also use directInput which is going out of style and can take a lot of configuration in games, I'm okay with that, but some people might not like the hassle. Many modern games don't support directInput at all any more as well.

This worked with my 4k 20,000 game stick! Amazing!
Feels well built and has vibration built in! Very nice for the price.

Controllers work for about a month then buttons start sticking
One of the controllers is sticking so bad you can’t use it. I even went to configure it and it wouldn’t stop sticking enough to do that. Fresh batteries and all. Avoid buying this item.

Solid Controller so far
I got this out of the box and plugged it into my Windows 10 small form factor computer. It worked out of the box without having to setup a single thing. The controller feels good, time will tell if it can take the beating of a regular xbox type controller, but for ease of plug and play use I would give it a solid 4 stars.

Decent but too light, easy to be broken
Work pretty well but you have to be super gentle while using this controller. If you have a extra hyper game or a hyper child smashing buttons then it's a Wrap!!! controller is Done!!

Works fine with Super Console X
These are practically identical to the controllers that came with my Super Console X. The trick - it would seem - is to map the controller then immediatly shutdown the system. That's what I did after 3 tries of mapping then playing....to have nothing happen. But after the map/shutdown and restart: perfect.

Updated review... Item does not works as described due to glitches.
Update Review:This controller glitches 10% of the time or more. Out of nowhere the controller starts taking on a life of its own. Usually a little reset by shutting the controller off and on fixes this momentarily, but it has become annoying.Item is still one of the cheaper options, but will not buy again.Old Review:Is it a perfect controller, no. But at the price point I paid, and it's ability to plug and play, I couldn't ask for a better deal. (As a reference, one official PS controller would cost me double the price of these two).
