My husband takes these vitamins and he is particular about his vitamins. They are easy to swallow and no after taste. They are definitely worth the money and beneficial to men's health.

Best multivitamin out there
Great ingredient profile. I'm glad they use methylated B vitamins in their formula. Small pills, so no problems on swallowing them. The quantity for price is awesome.

Not my favorite multivitamin
Meh. Not my favorite multivitamin. Others make my pee bright yellow, these did not. On one side bright pee is peeing our excess vitamins & minerals, but it is a good indicator that multivitamins actually have some good stuff inside them. These didn’t have that. These are in capsules instead of solid pills like most. Just a personal preference, but I prefer pill to capsules.I frequently buy Nutricost items, but this is not the multivitamin for me
