We used these for an NFL football game and it got as loud as 120 dB as they had it listed on their TV screen. We had 3 adults, a 15 year old and an 8 year old.The 8 year old they were a bit of a tight fit, but we did get them to work. They were also a tight fit for my 19 year old as she has very little ears as well. My and my 15 year old son had no issues and for well. We could hear what we needed to and talk to each other. Our ears hurt without them in.I do not have a lot to compare them with but we were happy with them.They come 2 pair, so enough for 2 people.

Love these earplugs. They do an excellent job of silencing everything.

Good fit, easy to clean, reusable. If you push in to hard or at a bad angle, you’re going to feel it or it will go in to far and not block any sound

Just received this ear bud. Totally not effective for any meaningful noise reduction function. Cannot even block a finger snap at 65 db. The case that it came it are very hard to open, looks nice, but that is it. Do not buy.

Five minutes out of the box and into the trash can. I would return em if it wasn't such a hassle. I've been using foam plugs for years and was simply looking for something that I didn't need to constantly re-purchase. I have also used silicone plugs before and while they worked, they were uncomfortable for overnight use. Just letting you know that I am well versed in using ear plugs as well as "loop" style earphones, so the worthlessness of this product cannot be attributed to user error.I tried both sizes and after getting them inserted and properly seated, I could easily follow the dialogue on the tv show that happened to be on at the time. They claim in the instructions to be 33db but I would rate closer to maybe 20. If you're looking for quality sleeping earplugs, keep looking.Edit 3/19/24...I upgraded their rating by 2 stars because they reached out to me and refunded my money. Customer service means a lot and I thank them for standing behind their product.

My husband is awaiting hearing aids, and till they get here, it's been miserable trying to watch movies or programs on TV we both enjoy since I have over sensitive hearing. These earplugs have made such a difference. I can still hear the programs quite well, but the excess volume that makes me cringe no longer is an issue.I tried regular ear plugs, but when I can't hear anything, my PTSD and claustrophobia kick in and trigger anxiety attacks. These are wonderful.

I bought these because my wife likes noise in the room so she can sleep, plus she snores like an old truck driver... These work very well and they don’t fall out or hurt my ears.
