Great replacement holder.
The OtterBox Defender Series Holster Belt Clip Replacement for Apple iPhones is great! My old one broke. The 2 parts that secure the iPhone on one crack and broke off. So now this new one works great and the price was good. Over all a nice purchase. Happy now!

Great replacement! My original one broke one day and I like to have it in this holster on my waist at work . This did the job!

They break, but they break less than the no-name ones
I bought several non-name-brand belt clips that looked very similar to this. They broke after an average of several weeks. This one lasted five months before it broke today. It's worth a few dollars more. The weak link of all of them is the plastic swivel. It breaks when it gets stressed. If someone produced one with a metal swivel, I would gladly pay twice as much for it, but they don't, so I'm buying another two of these, so I have one in reserve.It gets four stars because it's better than the competition.

Sturdy means it won't break
The otter box defender cost more than other cell phone protection devices. But in protecting expensive cell phones, I've never lost one over 30 years.. So will I gamble almost a $1k cell phone over spending more money for the otter box? No. This thing is worth the investment- at least for me.
