Best Tamari you can get in India, IMO
I tried another brand that was more like a chutney. This one stands out though, in flavor, and in their claim of the ingredients. I used it a lot in my cooking and it added a great flavor to the preps

The only Gluten free option in India
Considering its the only option, difficult to rate it any lower than 5*.Against international options, this one is way too salty and watery. It's like they are using water and salt as fillers instead of wheat like in all other brands. The salty taste overpowers the umami tamari/ soy taste.

Excellent 👌. Was looking for this in India.
Was looking for this premium brand of Tamari in India. Costly, but worth it

flavour is great, but...
Great flavour if used alone for dipping or adding some umami taste in hummus. However, while cooking it simply not flavourful enough. My previous Japanese soy sauce from urban platter imparted so much flavour in all my cooking (panner, mushrooms etc)& was cheaper. This one is lighter & different.
