Give me so much confidence
These really help to give me confidence that nothing in showing when in the gym. Easy to use, keep their stickiness and stay fresh (when cleaned).

I have only worn this once under a swimsuit. Still not sure as it was difficult to attach to fabric. It did stay in place. I didn't feel too confident. I will try again wearing knickers underneath swimsuit.

It works but it doesn't last extremely long
I use it for workout leggings. The silicone glue wears off with time and it gets dirty very easily. Would recommend changing every 3-4 months.
