Out of the box it appears to brand new could never tell it was a refurbished seller took great care of packaging it. Also revived another added bonus of having a monitor that has sound built in. Only down side to this whole thing is windows 11 can’t be upgraded to but I will definitely buy from them again around the holidays for another computer.

I am totally happy with this computer. It responds fast while on the internet and I have a slow internet connection. This computer makes it feel like it is high speed internet. I am having a hard time staying off of it. LOL Thank you for the number for tech support.

Over the past few months of owning this computer, I've run into several problems from inconveniences to being completely unusable at times. A main issue is the computer will constantly disconnect from the internet, and sometimes not connect at all (as well as having USB wifi which is terrible in general). The advertised 1tb of storage is spread across 2 folders, one with around 100gb of storage which all files automatically download to and another with the remaining storage, where you have to manually put any bigger files there, making the process of downloading multiple things such as games grueling. The computer also lacks in how well it runs anything, lagging often and having airplane turbines whirring any time you try to run a process slightly bigger than a browser. It took so long to get the computer to work well enough to write this review.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have been affiliated with refurbished goods since the mid 90s. I have seen a lot come and go, especially computers of all shapes, sizes, and brands. I can honestly say that this is a great deal for the price. On the other hand, that price does come with obvious expectations. It needed a full system update and much to my dismay, a storm knocked the power off in the middle of the initial update. For the first day my sound card (driver was not working so I could only hear the speaker from the unit itself. From reading the other reviews I had my doubts about the monitor. The monitor is definitely 22" and has some slight bessel damage. There is a slight discoloration which can only be seen from a side angle and only in bright daylight. So that stated, the monitor seems to be the only negative remark. It does lag a bit so I'm assuming the RAM may be improved. I suggest that this is a great deal for the most basic functions and web use. I have not yet loaded any software to test the speed but I can also assume it will lag during prompt and saving for large programs. Data/ File transfer is good. The unit I also read in the reviews claimed to be loud. Even placed on my wood floor I can barely hear it. I purchased the 2-year warranty so should anything malfunction, I will indeed acquire another one. If bot the monitor and unit last 2 years I will be very pleased.

The cable cord was bad and would not make connection, and the keyboard was bad also….I had to replace the main connection cord and keyboard, I have not had time or energy to return those 2 items, I just took upon myself to get new ones but the website stated that they ensure quality and functionality….but I had a different experience.

I purchased this computer for my 16 year old for Christmas, and he really enjoys using it. We have no issues and it's very good value for the price. Wi-fi connectivity is great as well as the quality of the graphics. It doesn't hold a ton of storage, but he keeps his tidy. Very stable and no issues with power.

This arrived in two medium boxes packed into one giant box. I know that may sound a bit questionable, but everything was secured with Styrofoam and bubble wrap. I received the pc, a monitor, a keyboard, a mouse, and a usb wifi dongle. The pc itself runs pretty quickly, windows 10 is already installed so all you have to do after turning it on is set up your profile, i.e. language, email, settings, etc.I'm not using it for anything other than job searching and the occasional YouTube binge, but it seems to be working perfectly. The keyboard and mouse aren't name brand, but they get the job done. This is perfect for just starting up a job search and maintaining my own budgeting/files/tax forms.I only had ONE downside which was that my monitor arrived semi-disassembled. The front frame was off and the LCD panel was just hanging onto its motherboard by a connector ribbon. I panicked initially, but it ended up just being a matter of carefully putting it back together. (Hint: remove the stand first, makes things 75% easier.) I'm leaving this at 5 stars since I technically have now learned how to replace the LCD display if it ever dies on me and I understand that sometimes things happen out of anyone's control.Edit: 6/23 still working perfectly fine, no problems at all, no overheating, I added a headset with mic and a camera for Zoom interviews. Everything installed and worked smoothly. I've been recommending this bundle to friends with dying pc's as this is a decent base model that can be padded up with new hardware if you're a teach head.
