I bought this heating pad for my wife as a replacement. She had the same model for about four years, and although her previous one eventually burned out, it lasted long enough to prove its value. I've gotten good use out of it so far, and I can test a heating pad as I use one almost daily. Love the fact that the company backs them up with a warranty. That makes it worth the extra money. Mine gets plenty hot and is so soft, I like having the 6 setting and doesn't melt or fall apart like others. Auto shut off is great too.

Control is easy to see and operate. Cover plush feeling. Negative has a chemical type smell, hopefully it will dissipate.

I am very impressed by this company’s customer service. I love the extra long heating pad and use two daily. One for my comfortable living room chair and one for my bedroom which I use to relax before sleeping. Possibly due to the frequent use, a pad went out after less than six months. I called the manufacturer and reached a live person. This lovely person told me how to use my pad more carefully for its longevity. Then he replaced the heating pad. Would you believe that the new heating pad arrived the next day after speaking to customer service? Now that’s service!

I bought this 10 months ago. I used it nightly for my Fibromyalgia pain. Today, it stopped working, and displays the error code "F" which apparently means there is an internal disconnect of a wire. There has been no damage to the cord or heating pad. I've had heating pads that worked for a decade! I'm so disappointed in this.

I have been using this for 2 years. It still works great. It's comfortable and I like how it feels on my skin. I do have one little complaint. Doesn't continuously stay as hot. It will start off hot but then it starts to cool down on its own. Maybe that's a built-in safety mechanism.
