As an avid user of caffeine tablets to overcome the mid-day slump, I purchased the Oxford vitality variants as they were a good middle ground between the 50mg I had been taking before and the usual 200mg I see elsewhere on Amazon.Below is a lift of Pros & Cons I found while taking these:Pros:- Easy to swallow. the small, non coated bill is easy to swallow down with food or water- No added sugar. Unlike some other brands, these don't have any additional sugar- Provides energy over a few hours. The energy that this tablet provided was substantial over the course of a few hours.Cons:- Doesn't pack as much of a kick as I expected. This may be due to the initial buzz that sugar gives you, but there doesn't seem to be an instant kick.I have also used these during my afternoon workouts, taking two seems to give me the energy to really push past the fatigue and provided a decent amount of energy throughout.This is a great product for those that don't enjoy ingesting caffeine through drinks and prefer a raw, refined form. and as such, I rate this a 5 star.

Spot on. I've used them for over a year and they they absolutely work.About the same amount of caffeine as in a cup of coffee. I use them before the gym and I like the way the you can control your dose. Any more in one dose isn't healthy.

Soo needed these. The strength just right for me although others are available.

Use these as coffee alternative on keto

Despite being 100mg dose, these tablets have no effect compared with capsules of 75mg from other suppliers.
