Promise Shakes
These shakes are excellent for a snack in between meals. Better to drink when chilled. I like the varieties. I recommend the vanilla and chocolate. The nutritional content is great too.

Excellent tastes(no after-taste...especially "banana"...love strawberry cream....l got assorted pack...recommend! Good level protein and great after workout! Most definitely would purchase again.😎

Ok this is very good and got what it showed love it and nothing inside the drinks like a worm like my last batch I ordered and these bottle are much better thank you

Great for convince..but overly priced for the amount you get.

Delicious Flavors!
My Dad is 89 and loves these drinks in many flavors. You can't find these in grocery stores.
