Only a few days into taking things so not much to say on the quality of the product but what I will note is the terrible flavor it has. The second I pop one of these multivitamins in my mouth I get a terrible taste and it somehow even lingers up to my sinuses and I can smell it. Working on adjusting to this. The pills are also rather large so if you are not used to or good at taking larger supplements this may not be for you.

I got this in and it was shipped with just the bottle itself…no plastic seal around the cap. At first I was thinking there would be a pull tap seal when I take the top off…nope. I’m going to try and return the package, I’m not taking vitamins that were shipped in an unsealed bottle.edit:After contacting the company directly they got in touch with me really quickly to resolve the issue. They sent me a new bottle that was sealed and ready to go free of charge due to the incident. Customer service like this doesn’t deserve a 1 star; gladly changing my review

So far so good. I gave up taking vitamins because they always make me nauseous. And the size of these pills, yuck. But this one is different. This is my daily go to vitamin for all the essentials! Absorbs well! Taste a little like a multivitamin but gone shortly after! Taking it was super easy. Not a massive pill. Definitely make me feel better! May turn urine a little yellow. But it’s a multivitamin!
