I use this along with a microfiber towel to clean all of my moldy items that were affected. This stuff was recommended from my mold inspector and it's worked wonderfully! I've referred it to many friends and family members who have been in need. It's amazing stuff. I even clean with it and use it in my laundry. It smells great and it's nontoxic.

This is my go to cleaning supply for not only household cleaning, but to disinfect objects that may have been contaminated by water intrusion, water damage, and leaks. I recently had an issue at my apartment, which caused me to lose a lot of objects, except for those that were nonporous. So in order to keep those, I needed to disinfect and clean them. This was recommended by a mold and water damage expert. It does exactly what it says. It does, smells great, easy to use, nontoxic, and the amount you get for the price is fantastic. I highly recommend.

We had water damage from a washing machine overflowing. We had hundreds of gallons of water overflow before we realized it what was happening and shut the water off. Needless to say a $45 part caused a ton of damage. Because of the water damage, our insurance company required a restoration contractor to assess & remediate before any damage was assessed.I asked the contractor about what they were using and after giving me the long preamble about how it was this special stuff that only licensed contractors could buy. After all that, I wanted to know if it was safe for the dogs. He then began to tell me how it was all natural and even smelled great. I asked again what the name of the product was and reluctantly he told me.Okay, so when he told me the name I made note of it on my phone. I waited a couple of days and truly was amazed how the product performed. So much so when the company made one of their many return trips, I begged them for some because I wanted to try it out on some mold at my father in laws house. I got a couple of ounces off of him and used it. Again, it worked. Despite the contractors assertions, I googled it. Low and behold the 2nd link brought me to Amazon. I ordered a gallon and when I got the box instantly told the story...it looked like a worn out accordion. A great deal of product had leaked out. I am proud that not only is it a great product, but the seller is equally spectacular. They made it right.I highly recommend this product. It is safe on upholstery, carpet, concrete, anything. I have gotten rid of the entire lake smell in my in-laws house using this over and over. The smell is fresh and pleasing - it doesn’t smell like chemicals and definitely does not over power. Goodbye concrobium...this is a great product.

In all honesty this stuff was one of my best discoveries of the year. Kills mold like nothing else, just make sure to use a microfiber towel only to really get the mold gone. Amazing product!

I have been searching for years for non-toxic replacements in my home, as I have a child with lots of allergies and asthma. I was having a hard time finding cleaners that were gentle, non-toxic but still did a great job cleaning. I absolutely love this stuff. The smell is a little herbal, but I love that it doesn’t smell like chemicals. It does a super job cleaning just about everything; kitchen spills, pet messes, baby areas… my husband even used it to clean his boat and said this did the best job out of all of the products I gave him. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it’s not super affordable. On the bottle, it says not to dilute and use it as is. That means if I want to clean my floors, I have to use a whole lot of it! I just wish it was a little more cost effective, but otherwise I love it!

My partner sterilized hospitals, factories and offices during COVID and this was the product he used. He does not use anything else and very much swears by it. The smell doesn't bother me, and most heavy duty cleaning products do. It cleans up cat urine and odors pretty well.

Is it weird to have a fave disinfectant? Dunno, but I love that this isn't toxic with normal cleaning use but is a hardcore disinfectant. It's hard to find the cross between the two.I discovered this while helping clean at an upscale yoga studio. I know they want the surfaces very clean to protect the students but also want non toxic stuff, also to protect their students. This does SO well in bathrooms, showers, etc. when you pay attention to the dilution ratio as well as the dwell time. In some situations you can spray this on and just leave it and don't need to wipe, for instance, after you properly clean the surface for any visible stubborn yuk with the atomic degreaser or your preferred scrubber, to finalize the job you can spray and walk away.It smells like thyme because, well, thymol is one of the ingredients. It dissipates after not too long. Some people love the smell, some hate it. If you're not sure, go sniff some thyme from your spice rack to know if you'll like this stuff or not. I love it and it feels super fresh to me but from person to person it's going to be a very personal decision.Recommend!

I love this stuff. Smells nice, cleans better than Seventh Gen disinfectant. I washed my walls after a black mold was found in basement, not to remove visible mold but to make sure none would grow there. Now using as my daily all purpose cleaner in bathroom and kitchen.
