Pricey but very well made
Being a guy who weighs over 200 pounds, I realized inversion was going to pull on my knees too much. At random, I searched on Inversion Belt online and ran across the website, inversionbelt.com. I was sure others must have had concerns about their knees and ankles as well.I thought $200 was a bit pricey and still do. However, it does work very well and while inverted at 20 degrees, I can easily flex my knees. Being new at inversion, I am not ready to invert further and not sure I need to based on the improvements I am experiencing with my back.My back feels better than it has in MANY years. It's my opinion that taking the pull off of my knees/ankles and focusing that pull on my lumbar with this belt has aided the inversion process considerably.I don't believe inversion therapy with or without this belt is going to cure my lumbar problems, HOWEVER, neither will spinal fusion surgery, which may bring a new host of potential problems with failing or lose hardware , over time, requiring subsequent and more dangerous surgeries.Faced with the pain and worry with inversion and its long term effects on my knees, the $200 price isn't cheap but does ease my mind regarding my lower joints. I do feel very secure with the belt on and do highly recommend it to anyone who might be on the heavier side.I don't think folks who weigh more than 300 pounds need to do inversion until some weight is lost first. Again, this is my non medically trained opinion. Though, this same company does have a table which does NOT require inversion. This could be helpful for larger people. Check their website and ask them questions. I am sure will you will get a quick and competent response. Good Luck.Bottom line: this inversion belt is a very well made and versatile device which allows more pull in the lumbar and far less on the ankles and knees. It takes about a minute to put it on and adjust it to the table and your body. The materials are on par or exceed those used in car and small aircraft seat-belt systems.I had a few concerns and questions and had help from the owner of the business very quickly. He was helpful, kind and intelligent; I appreciate his service.I would buy again if I needed a second belt and do recommend this device based on my knowledge and experience as an Engineer.

Improved over the 2020 version
I had to replace my old inversion belt; the webbing for the "belly buckle" had frayed from contact with the hook fastener on the neoprene band that's between the user and the seat belt webbing of the belly buckle. The new design has new connectors (no longer seat belt type) and the loop is now in contact with the belt.I'm not a fan of the new buckles - harder to use with arthritis - but they're okay. The updated belt does show that the vendor is trying to improve their product.

If you are suffering from sciatica, absolutely try this belt
I have been dealing with a sciattica Adventure for over two months now. It has progressively gotten worse with extreme pain all the way down my left leg into my heel. I have gone to my general practitioner twice, urgent care once, the emergency room once, the spine center at a local hospital, acupuncture, chiropractic, and physical therapy. I am currently taking four different prescriptions which include painkillers and A drug designed to prevent your brain from feeling pain generated by your nerves. All of this added up to zero minutes of pain relief. ZERO. NADA.ZIPPO. I ordered this belt, I received it yesterday, hooked it up and got on my inversion table with it and after doing just one 15 minute interval session, felt like I had taken a complete 180 from just hours prior where I was screaming in pain. It is now day two with the belt. I have done two interval sessions Today and continue to feel not only better in general, but I feel better than I did last night even after using this for the first time. I went to the pool with my family today, for the first time this summer. The only reason I hadn’t gone yet was because of the extreme sciatica pain I was having. I wish I could meet the people behind this invention as I would like to thank them sincerely for making this. Bottom line, just because it worked for me does not mean it will work for you, but I cannot express the difference it has made for me and just this one day. I am so thankful. One last thing, the belt is completely comfortable for me. I have no discomfort issues or complaints.

Review edit
I made a really cool video using the belt on my inversion table but something about the video went against Amazon’s community guidelines. What I’ll say in summary, is that in my opinion, this belt is worth $200. It’s a major game changer in 2 regards: the extra traction I get using it, and from the amount of control and comfort I have maintaining a neutral spine during 90° inversion. I highly recommend this belt. I’m a personal trainer of 15 years. I have 4 herniated discs, stenosis, early stage Cauda Equina Syndrome and several other degenerative spine related complications. The belt is what I would expect in terms of build quality and design.

Made well, and fit me as it should, had to be adjusted at each use
I used this on my incline table at around a 30 degree angle. It was tricky to get on and adjusted so that the pull was equal front and back. My spine ached after use and one hip. I had finished a 2 month pt treatment in November and traction did not cause me pain, so I returned the belt though I wish it had helped.

Nice quality but be aware of sizing
The good: Nice quality, best one I could find. Adjustable pull points. The marginal: Advertised as good for up to a 48" waist. I have a 40" waist, am trim and the belt barely overlaps and does not provide a good Velco lockup. The straps do all the holding and they are effective.
