We had no light in our understairs cupboard for 9 years until I asked an electrician to install a light. He said that it would be much easier to get a battery-operated light, and I bought this one. Very easy to install, enough light for our understairs cupboard housing our shoes, goes on automatically, goes out automatically after a short time (I can just about see the light from under the door and therefore know when it goes out), it's really reactive to movement and it is a big improvement in our shoe cupboard - I do wonder why we never thought of this rather simple solution earlier. We have had it now for just under a month - very happy and would definitely buy it again. I also like that it is rechargeable.

I put these in a cupboard. Really stylishly finished. Very easy to fit with the sticky pad magnets which make removal for charging easy. Bright light. Can be positioned so they point into the cupboard and don’t dazzle. Good response when you open the cupboard. Stay on for about 15s without motion so are not on for a long time after you shut the door but long enough if you are standing in front of the cupboard. They arrived charged and several days on, they haven’t dimmed appreciably. Will be interesting to see how long before they need a charge and how long it takes. If OK, I will definitely buy more - especially with the 20% voucher that you get with the purchase.Two weeks later and they still don’t need charging, Have bought and fitted another six, which look great. Some difficulty using the vouchers but the company were really helpful and it all worked eventually.A Great buy.

These are really good. So easy to install and good value for money. I have a wardrobe that feels like you are entering the dark universe, so now when I open the doors, this light comes on! Seriously though, the motion sensor works well and being rechargeable is great. The adhesive magnetic thing is excellent and I would recommend these lights! And I am a total cynic.

Why did you choose this product over others?:Very good except it fell down after a few weeks

My cupboard is really dark. I got one of these so I can actually see what's in there. It's lovely and bright. I have it on automode so when it detects motion infront of it the light comes on. There is also an always on and off button. The 2 sticky tabs it comes with are super sticky. And there won't be any instance of the light falling down. But easy enough to take the light off the wall tabs to recharge when needed. Good buy makes me wish I bought one years ago
