*UPDATE* BELOW 5 STARS!....I believe the overall quality of this chair proves to be very beneficial in terms for the price. The seat is soft and feels good, the back piece feels ergonomic and comfortable. I didn't have any issues assembling what I could.... More on that below...With that being said I did encounter a slight problem, I acquired this chair missing a leg to correctly assemble. I only have 4/5 legs for the chair. I contacted support at 8:30pm 4/19/25. I will edit my response accordingly detailing the process. Length of time to get back to me, possible solutions to my problems and overall professionallilty for my specific problem. Cheers.I sent a email to support for my problem at 8:31pm 4/19/25I got a response email at 8:45pm detailing great care about my problem and I was then told I will be getting an entirely new base leg set for my chair entirely for free and once they have a tracking # for my order I will be emailed immediately.Now I stand by this entirely, swift reply and my issue is corrected, mistakes happen and a quick resolution is the best case scenario. Thanks again Neo chair!

So this chair is sitting at around 4 stars on Amazon, and honestly, that seems fair—especially when you realize it costs less than a tank of gas in California. Let's manage expectations here: you're not getting executive-level build quality for under $40.A lot of the negative reviews show their chair broken, and—surprise!—it's probably because someone leaned back like they were in a recliner at a movie theater. This chair isn’t built for lounging; it’s meant for sitting at your desk and pretending to work.People also complain about the assembly: “Bolts don’t match,” “They’re stripped,” and there are even videos showing it. But the instructions clearly say not to overtighten the bolts. If you cranked them like you were building a battleship, of course you stripped them.Most of these issues sound like user error. Folks didn’t bother to read the directions, broke the chair, and then blamed the product. Follow the instructions, use it as intended, and this budget chair actually does its job just fine.

my husband, loved his chair for his desk, but I think my toddler love it even more as he spins on this chair. it is nice and durable. It was easy to fit up. It also adjust up and down and the back recline a bit. I love the black color and it easy to cleanThe package came in good condition and instruction was easy to assemble minimal tools needed. Very comfortable my husband is 6ft 3”

I bought this chair for my office at home and it works great. This chair was really easy to put together. Very comfortable for sitting at an office all day. I haven’t had any problems. Very sturdy and has held together very well.

Chair is comfortable for the price and lightweight! Very easy to put together and is good for my height (6foot) it’s sturdy and makes a little noise but it’s not extremely loud and squeaky like my old chair I use to have.

The chair has one of the stand legs that is not molded with the base. This leg extension with the roll around wheel leg needs to be attached to the main support stand with a slip and flip action. This connection is a weak point. The joint flipped out and the chair became unbalanced and fell over as I was using it. This happened twice, before I actually realized that the joint was weak and and the extension with the wheel detached and flipped out. I survived both crashes with a sore bottom. I then took the chair base and drilled a hole through the connection joint in installed a bolt to hold the joint soled and then glued the joint as a second precaution. The chair does not have a relining back so when sitting your back is a bit straighter up than many other chairs. The chair is easy to roll around while sitting.

I feel a moral obligation to write this review and inform the public that if you sit too far forward, lean over, or move the wrong way,, you might go flying forwards as the chair shoots out backwards from under you. The wheels work really well,,, and the chair is pretty light. So if you have wood/tile floors and weigh as much as I do,,, be carefulIt's a cheap chair, you're going to get a cheap chair. I'm fine with that, I know what i paid for and I just wanted something for my bedroom desk.Not much back support. Don't believe that claim. This is a chair you buy when you just need a chair. And tbh,,, I'm fine with it's flaws. Height adjustment works fine, and I can sit on it (carefully)
