Misleading Wipro smart plug16A Rating - Useless for ACs, Unreliable, and a Fire Risk!"**1. **Incompatible with ACs Despite Marketing Claims**:Advertised as suitable for "1500–2500W appliances including air conditioners" , but the plug **fails to handle sustained 16A loads**. and power traces overheat under high loads, risking damage or fire . My AC (1.5-ton) triggered repeated shutdowns within minutes.2. **Power-Cut Vulnerability**:After any power outage, the plug becomes **unresponsive to voice commands (Alexa/Google)** and schedules. As noted in an Amazon review, it shows "Good" connectivity in the app but ignores commands until manually reset. This requires physically unplugging it or re-pairing—impossible for wall-mounted ACs .

Useful but seems to have limited smart fuctions life
The product was working with all the features till sometime ago. But since last week all the smart features seem to be dead. the electricity management is not functional, the scheduler is not working, and also the logs are not visible.Can some one help. Taking away 2 stars for the same
