Early impressions are very good. This is based on a couple of five minutes sessions on the board and using the resistance bands today.My posture instantly feels much better. My back feels less tight. My back feels different but in a very good way. This might not necessarily be your experience, so stick with it a while.I do have concerns about longevity of the device, as it seems like it could break under pressure, after a period of use. I hope that's not the case, because this is a fab device.I will update my review after a longer period of use.

I've been using this for 5 minutes twice per day (morning and night) for under a week and already noticing a difference.For 5 years I've woken up in the morning with severe back ache. Whilst such as yoga has helped, it's not sustainable because it's just simply not something I -want to do. This... I can just lie on it for 5 minutes before bed and first thing in the morning so it's easy to use.Since using it, I've woken up and snoozed my alarm because I'm no longer in pain... 🤯 After 5 years, it's a relief to say the least.It's not comfortable, it's maybe on the edge of being painful but it worked for me.

It takes too much strength hand to make the plate bend backwards before you can use it to stretch your back. I can’t use it because of that reason. It’s too stiff. There are others I can bend without much effort.

Product is effective in relaxing and stretching the back. Using it 1 week now and can feel less tightness in leg and buttock, pain has decreased and moved mainly to lower back. On several occasions the stretcher created a satisfying thump in the back which created immediate release.Early days but definitely is doing sst and my Ortho surgeon recommended to keep at it as a good prevention for my specific area of disc degeneration and bulging in L4, L5 S1.

I'm always sceptical about pseudo-medical devices making bold claims, but the reviews persuaded me to try it, and I have to say that I'm now a complete convert. I suffer from lower-back pain which is at its worst first thing in the morning. I've done stretching exercises which helped somewhat, but were painful to do. I now use this for five minutes every morning, on setting 1, followed by a further stretch in the 'downward dog' position, and it provides immediate relief. I also use it as required later in the day, and again achieves fast pain relief. I highly recommend trying it.

It is very difficult to set it and highest point without it falling out of its keepers. I have not tried to attach it to a chair yet, but I like the fact you can store it flat without taking up much room.
