YFINE Round Waxed Dress Shoes Shoelaces Boots Shoe Laces (2 Pair)

My original Huckberry Chukka boot laces snapped. I didn't want to pay for an replacement pair since it would have costed substantially more. These are not quite as nice, but absolutely do the job for the price paid.

I didn’t use these for shoes but instead the handle of a bag. Worked pretty well for balenciaga city bag if you ever need to repair the lacing of the handles lol. The ends make it a lot easier to thread through holes vs a normal spool of waxed cotton cord.

The YFINE dress shoelaces are very inexpensive and that should tell you something about the quality. You get two pair for less than one pair of most other brands. I don’t think you can expect high quality with low price. You need to decide on what is most important.I purchased these as replacement for the shoelaces in a pair of boat shoes. These are smaller and stiffer than the original shoelaces which came with the shoes. They are waxed so they should loosen up with use.When lacing up the new shoelaces, I noticed that the metal ring on one of the eyelets had a gagged edge – which is what caused the old shoelace to fray. If your old shoelaces are fraying, you probably should check for flaws in the shoe eyelets.The color is slightly lighter than I expected based on the pictures.One tip for changing shoelaces on boat shoes or any other type shoelace where the shoelace is strung through eyelets around the shoe. Unlace the shoelace from the eyelets on the front of the shoe and connect the new shoelace tip to a tip of the old shoelace. Pull the new shoelace through the path around the shoe. This will save you a lot of work trying to thread the new shoelace.These two pair will probably last the life of the shoes. If they wear out, I will opt for a more expensive pair.

Good quality still have much more it goes a long way

The item fit the trunk really good. It needed to be slightly deeper though. Still works great

I was trying to match the black currant color of my Doc Marten's and it wasn't quite right. It's actually more red than my boots, so I'm still on a quest for the correct shade of purple. Outside of the color representation issue, they appear to be quality laces that I will likely use on a different pair of shoes or boots. The quest continues.

Description not as described. Unless you want laces for an infant. This caused me to run short on my ankle boots. And that caused me to brake my foot and three days later was the old but not one but 2 doctors. Not able not o walk for 6-8 weeks. AVOID.
