If I could give you 10 stars I would, top notch customer service who go the extra mile to make sure you get a excellent product in great condition.

I've been on the lookout for good quality milk chocolate with a high percentage of cocoa (45-55%, instead of 30% like typical milk chocolate. It's hard to find and I was glad to find this. But the quality was not as good as others I can find on another chocolate website, and more highly priced as well.

My wife says she'll have a hard time going back to any other chocolate. This is by far the smoothest chocolate I've ever had in my mouth (maybe aside from syrup?). It just blows everything out of the water.

I like milk chocolate with strong cocoa, this tastes delicious but really it is too expensive. The Lindt milk chocolates with high cocoa levels in grocery stores are only 1/4 of the price I think. But have to admit this tastes better but not four times better.
