Very good but packaging was bad. It was spilling when delivered.

This is not pure carrageenan powder. Instead it is mixed with sugar and preservatives. The listing on Amazon does not show the exact ingredients or their percentage contained in the powder. So if your recipe requires pure carrageenan powder this is not for you.Also the label has unreadable small print. I literally had to use a magnifying glass to make out what it contains.

Not the best
The aroma is nice but theres a slight bitter aftertaste.

Tastes synthetic
Purchased it after reading the seller's assurance of it tasting authentic but its been a disappointment. The flavour is extremely synthetic and tastes nothing like a vanilla essence should. Back to buying Sprig's extract.
