I'm using this sensor with the Home Assistant BLE integration. Pairing was simple and fast and it pushes updates every few seconds. It's very responsive, particularly the humidity reading. As far as accuracy, the temperature reading seems to be pretty spot on. Humidity is hard to determine unless you own a calibrated sensor to compare it against (I don't) but it doesn't seem too far off from other sensors I have.The Govee app does allow you to "calibrate" the sensor by adjusting the readings, but that only applies on the device's display and in the Govee app. Those adjustments aren't reflected in Home Assistant so you'll probably have to use a compensation sensor configuration for that.I use this to control my A/C in my living room via HA automations so it needs to update frequently and have reasonable accuracy, and this does exactly that.

The build quality feels solid, not cheap or flimsy at all. Even the information quality displayed on the screen and through the app is clear, detailed, and easy to understand. We use the data to track trends over time.And let’s talk about the brightness — the display is sharp and readable even from across the room, but not too bright to be distracting when we use it in the bedroom at night.Highly recommend if you want a smart and affordable way to monitor your indoor environment!

The price is right, especially since it records temp & humdiddy history on my Galaxy phone quite nicely. My only disappointment, losing 1 star, is readability. It's easy to read if the room lighting is right, but the product picture shows a soft greenish glow as the background, similar to a lot of back-lit LCD devices. Unfortunately, this model doesn't have any backlight, and the background is a vaguely silvery surface that doesn't provide the kind of readability you see in the photo. This issue applies to most of the products I've seen in this price range, though, so it's not unique to Govee. I'm satisfied with this very inexpensive thermo, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it, with the caveat that it's not as perfectly readable as the product picture would imply.

I needed some way to show my landlord how long it was taking to cool down my house and this was a great tool! It connected easy, app works great, and syncs to app and downloads quickly. Allows you to export data in specific times or time frames too! Lots of easy to use and read graphs and shows humidity level too. I was extremely surprised at how accurate it was too, I could see when I got in the shower (humidity), came home from work (opened doors after leaving the AC off all day), and more. Accuracy reporting in .1˚F which is crazy for the price. I'm considering another for work actually.

I've been really happy with this device. I now have three of them. I sell feeder insects and I use these to monitor the temperature and Humidity in the insect enclosures. They're easy to connect and monitor from your phone. You can set the parameters you want and an alarm will sound if it rises above or below. It's small in size. My first one has been operational for at least 2-3 months and the battery has only moved down one line. You can monitor battery life from your phone as well. I'm sure I will be purchasing more of these to use for both my household and business.
