Works fairly well
Note that it states clearly on the papers that come with this and on the description that will only work with continuous flow oxygen. Personally I think $25 is a bit high so I will only be using it for those times when I know I will desat. The tubing is pretty thick and I have trouble keeping it behind the ears so it falls off easily. I am used to the thin tubing on regular cannula that goes behind the ears easily.I was skeptical at first but wanted to try something to get some independence back. I have been on home O2 for over 12 years now. As my COPD worsens I find I am experiencing unexpected periods of desaturation. That being said, I have used this for the times when I usually desat and found that even though I might get a little short of breath it is nothing like when I fully desat. This has actually given me freedom to do things without supervision again such as taking a shower and dressing. I am keeping this in a pouch on my motorized chair so that when I do have that unexpected desat I can switch cannula to recover. Before this, I had to just sit and wait for my sats to recover. I would say it gives me about 2-3 liters in addition to what I am on normally when I have these desat periods, which I need for a quick recovery. Unfortunately, there isn't one for pulse oxygen. That would be great for when I go out for doctor appointments or such. I can see if you are on a tank and use this that it could save you about 2+ lpm of O2 so you could be out longer. I am on 6 lpm so I use a concentrater which is pulse ox and this will not work with it.It is interestingly built. It has a big pendant that holds the extra oxygen. The tubing is thicker than regular cannula. It uses the same connectors as my regular cannula.I will buy another after this one wears out.

Great product
Great product. A Little rigid on the nose the first 3 times but afterwards the nose canal part softened , barely know its there.

Works if you are careful
My goal was to increase oxygen levels for exercise and it worked well but only on canisters (tanks), not on a concentrator or portable. You have to breathe in and out through your nose, and you can’t break the rhythm. This is important because you can’t get any oxygen otherwise. Having said that, it can increase your oxygen supply 20% or more. Just be super attentive when you use it.

Very uncomfortable
The tubing is very stiff and uncomfortable to wear around the ears. The worst part is the nasal prongs. They are too large a diameter, which places them too close together in the nose. They also have a diagonal cut on the ends. This causes them to press and scrape against the inside of the nose, and is quite painful. You would have to have a very large nose for these to work, The tubing is twice the size of a regular nasal canula and is so stiff it will not lay against the face.

works, but uncomfortable
It works well for conserving my oxygen supply, but the cannula is much larger than normal ones and quite uncomfortable.

Great product
My only question was, why did it take me so long to purchase.

A small modification needed to make it useable
Edit: dropping two stars as I see they increased the price and the thing is still quite smelly after some time now.As my wife needed this to extend her bottled oxygen I figured I'd risk it despite the poor reviews and see if it could be modified. The moustache type might be better but too large for her N95 mask to go over. Even with the canula tubes there is a small mask gap issue but a little cotton wool helps.Testing it seems to work, my wife's pulse oxymeter showed a half liter of O2 was as good as one.Two problems and hopefully solutions:1. It pinches the middle of the nose as the prongs are too close. Even if you have very large nostrils, few adults would find the pinching there comfortable. I considered cutting and splicing in a normal soft canula however these low flow tubes are much smaller diameter so this might decrease the performance. Instead I cut a little piece of an old oxygen extension tube a little wider than the space between prongs and used clear tape (wrapped thread/clear fishing line would work) The prongs are now splayed out slightly as shown, its much more comfortable for her.2. The chemical plasticiser smell is strong enough to cause my tinnitus to get very loud after a minute's use which it does with any solvent odor. Usually with these types of plastics a little UV light will dry them, I always put my wife's new canulas on the balcony for a day or two. Hopefully this will dampen the odor without making the internal plastic membrane/bellows rigid. It's unfortunate considering the retail price the manufacturer did not put in more effort into the nose prongs sizing/comfort and look at the residual plastic odor issue in manufacturing, losing sales for no good reason. I will also need to shape the canula tubes a little better (over the ears) with hot water. Still, if it extends her bottled O2 when out of home or on an emergency, should be very useful.

Extend your supplemental oxygen supply.
This product is a cannula that provides higher oxygen flow than what the regulator is set at for continuous use. Therefore extending The time on either a portable oxygen concentrators battery or supplemental bottle oxygen. The drawback is that the tubing is larger in diameter therefore bulkier and less comfortable. However it is a must have for extended day trips away from home. Set at 1L you receive 2 1/2 equivalent, set at 2L you receive 31/2L equivalent.
