We've used this twice and it's been great! I have a 3.5yo and a 14mo and they both love it. I've tried sprinklers, but they just have a hard time with how hard those spray, so this is much better. The height of the spray depends on your water pressure, so if you have low pressure it may take a long time to get high, or may not get high at all depending in how weak it is. Our pressure is really good, so the spray will get pretty high if I leave the hose on full blast for a while to allow the water to fill up the tube and then build up pressure (which stilk takes a few minutes, maybe 2-5?). I put it on full blast to fill it quickly and then turned it down lower so it didn't spray as high. It is a great alternative to a kiddie pool IMO, so works out great for us since I didn't want a kiddie pool for several reasons. Haven't found it to be too slick or anything and it hasn't broken yet despite my almost 40lb 3.5yo standing on the side. But we've only used it twice, so we'll see how it holds up. I waited for the price to drop before I purchased, so only paid about $13 for it. If we never use it again, it was worth it, but #1 is already asking to play in it again.Update: Changed to 5 stars because it's June 2021 and it's still going strong. Had the little piece that screws onto the hose pop off a couple times, but that was because the hose got yanked on. It's simple enough to put back, just annoying. We also got one of the quick connect connectors for our hose, so use the little connector included with the splash pad with that and it helps with that issue.

OMG...THIS THING IS AMAZING!!!! No assembly...EASY hook up...very decent size... exactly as described. I'm very pleased! Also love the fact that I can turn the water pressure down and lay out in it. With light streams of water going all around me 😍😍 its a great size for a few kids to play. But it's also big enough for a couple full sized grown ups to lay side by side in the little pool part. With your head and legs supported and you each can kinda use the side as an arm rest!! It's kinda freaking awesome!! My son wanted it of course lol the moment I laid down. 😭😂 Mom life what can I say? It shipped and arrived very fast! I'm over all super impressed. I honestly expected it to be smaller...not sure why when I knew the measurements 🤷🤷 but it is very good sized IMO and great for the price. I feel like it's going to last for a good while. Because the beauty is it would take a pretty decent size hole to mess this up! It also can with an attachment...I guess to fit a different type of hose 🤷🤷 IDK ya girl got a normal hose. But hey I'm not hose judging. Bottom line...buy this!! Even if you're a grown-up without kids!!

The media could not be loaded. This was pretty easy to set up and our family enjoys it. The sprinkler on the sides was fun but doesn’t go as high as the photos as advertised. I imagine this has to do with our home’s water pressure. The pad is soft when standing on it. If you step on the sides it changes the flow of the sprinkler a little. A good amount of the water comes out of the pad when the hose water is turned off, but is still decent at holding the enough to play in.

I bought this for my 2 1/2 yr old grandson to use at his house since they don’t have a pool like us. Phoenix summers are beastly and being able to cool him off in a fast fun way is a win/win.Umbrella up- hose on- in a minute you have a splash pool. While he did not like it full on- we turned the hose nearly off and the sprays were about 2-3” high, the pool/pad portion filled nicely and it was a decent size allowing him to play on his front- back- and while seated. He didn’t want to get out!End of play- the yard got watered with a lift of the side. While we dried it off and put it under the patio- even if this doesn’t last but a single season it was a big win!

Really like the design but unfortunately the holes along the rim that the water sprays out of are uneven. Some are further inward and some are too far on the outside so the water sprays outside of the splash pad instead of inward. I've read through reviews and see this is a common issue.

Just opened this today as a surprise for my 3 and 8 year olds, and this honestly might end up being the best purchase of my COVID-19 experience. Both kids immediately loved it, and played in it for a good 45 minutes. There was almost zero setup involved, and likewise almost no cleanup (plus we used it on the lawn, so I was able to water the grass as we emptied it).We also have a large inflatable pool, and last week I pulled it out and spent about an hour finding a tarp to put under it, inflating it, filling it, moving a heavy umbrella over to shade it, etc. The kids enjoyed it for about 15 minutes — no joke. Emptying it was a huge hassle and most of the water went to waste.With this, I could use it on the grass knowing I wouldn’t kill the lawn, could easily position it in the shade of the existing umbrella, used a lot less water than filling the pool, and the water all went to the lawn afterwards.I love this thing. Five stars.

These aren’t known for their longevity but this one lasted us 3.5 summers! We usually don’t turn the hose full blast with it, probably about 1/2-3/4 of the way and the spray is plenty high enough.
