Excellent, Strong and Sturdy!
This canopy brand was an awesome choice for my needs thus far. I live in N.E. Ohio and we get our share of strong spring and summer strong storms. My use for this canopy is a late spring to mid fall use as an outdoor carport, as during this time of year my garage is our outer retreat. We just last night 05/17/25 experienced heavy storms with winds in excess of 35 mph and with this canopy which is a 10x15 tapconed to the cement driveway and double tie lines to corkscrew yard anchors, it weathered the storms excellently. Later today winds will be in excess of 40+ and I have no worries of this thing for future storms or yearly use, it will surely wear down eventually with my use but if this company is still putting them out then I'm buying!!!

Sturdy, no issues, I love it!
Great quality! It’s very sturdy! I used this on a very windy day and had no issues with it! It is a bit heavy (which tells to how sturdy the metal poles are) There is a learning curve to putting it up but once you get used to it it’s not so hard. It’s easy to take down. I bought extra side walls for it and they fit perfectly. No ware and tear so far (I’ve had over a year using occasionally) if problems arise I will update my review but so far I love it!

Sturdy - good value
I purchased this last summer to put in my golden retrievers over-sized playpen. There are no trees in there and they needed some shade. It arrived with one broken piece. The seller sent an entire new frame! It held it's color (even with the beating sun all summer). Easy to erect (but I'd highly recommend 2 people - couldn't do it alone). Good value and I'd recommend this canopy.

Solid frame, top cover could be stronger
Frame is solid. I wished they used higher grade, thicker top cover material. It seems like the cover material will not last.Kind of heavy, but this is not a bad thing. Rolls easily when packed.

Vendor finally called me back and then hung up on me
I contacted this vendor via Amazon, via email and via the phone number on file. I am inquiring about replacement parts because one of the sliders on the legs broke. It's plastic and not very secure. They have not returned any of my messages. Very poor customer support.Update - a representative finally called me back (I'm assuming after they read my initial review). She said they have a 30 day warranty and they do not sell any parts at all. No exceptions. I asked if I can buy a whole leg just for the slider and she said "we don't sell any parts separately". I told her that was not very helpful. I asked "so if something breaks, we just throw the whole unit away"? She said again "we don't sell any parts" and then she hung up on me.I would not buy this product if I were you. The parts are flimsy and when they break, you can't even buy replacement parts. I'm assuming this vendor is not even the manufacturer. They just import these canopies from China and then re-sell them so they have no access to parts. DO NOT BUY!

The sturdiest pop-up I've owned in 30 years
I originally bought 1 to provide extra shade near the area I repair golf carts next to my driveway. I've owned 9 other instant shade tents over the years as a sports car racer, taking them to various racetracks around the country. The first thing you notice about this one is that it is quite tall and the box it comes in is very long. And it's quite a bit heavier. These are not criticisms, as for me, they are positives. Out of the box it's obvious these are NOT flimsy aluminum frame members, but powder coated steel. Plus, all the connecting joints are fastened with bolts and are replaceable.Being a true heavy-duty commercial tent, until you get the feel for how to "walk it open" (I anchor one corner into the grass so I can work a little at a time...) it becomes easier to set up. Once the frame is 3/4 opened, that's the best time to spread the top onto the frame. Then you can pull the frame into the "full open" position and push the top of one leg up into the lock position - the hardest part if you're doing it alone. These tents have super-sturdy velcro straps to tie the top to the frame for extra strength.I was so impressed with the solidness and strength of construction I bought a second one and now use them both together to provide shade on my driveway after hurricane Ian destroyed my entire carport. We get rain and wind here in FL and when that kind of weather is predicted, I remove the tops from the frames and put them away. I have the frames lag-bolted to my concrete driveway so they don't move if it gets breezy.Bottom line, if you want a really solid pop-up canopy, this is the one to buy. It is heavy. It is a little more difficult to put up than the bargain basement canopies that will buckle and break in the slightest wind. But if you want solid, this is it.

Truly Heavy Duty
I bought this hoping for a shade with easy one person set up. It is heavy, and bigger than I thought it was going to be when folded up, but the shade material is much thicker than the run of the mill shades and while it takes a bit of wrestling, it is manageable for one woman in her 50's to set up alone. I have seen complaints about the locking mechanism in the legs, and I can see where it could become and issue for sure. I have made sure when I use it to be gentle and careful with the toggle locks. But it's solid and I love it. I got the light tan with a shade wall, and I already had a pocketed shade wall that will work with it too. The bag is a bear to get over the shade, but with a bit of work it will fit. I've only used it a few times, so the durability of both the shade, the legs, and the bag will have to be tested more, but so far so good.
