My husband was recovering from back surgery and has some leg twitches, the drugs did not help, his PT recommended this spray. We don't know for sure if it is this spray, but after using it now 2 nights in a row the twitches stopped. If it lasts he will mention it to his surgeon.

Listen, first of all my skin is sensitive. But during pregnancy I got the worse leg cramps. This stuff does not feel good on my skin by itself. This magnesium is amazing! I am currently 8 months pregnant and have struggled with restless legs horribly throughout my pregnancy and nothing was helping. My friend told me about magnesium spray so I bought some. I spray this on the bottoms of my feet at night and rub it in and I swear it makes an improvement with my restless legs! It does leave a little bit of a sticky feeling after spraying so I rub it in and then wipe off the excess and then I’m fine.

Great pain relief for pregnant woman

I was very happy to find an all natural single ingredient magnesium oil product, especially at an affordable price. However, there is no quality seal, it wasn’t properly sealed at all, and leaked all over many items shipped in the same box. It ruined several of them completely and made a huge mess for me to clean up. There was a sticker type label sloppily put around the top of the spray nozzle that did not prevent leakage in any way. If I had been able to use this product (I was not due to the massive leakage), it would have made it difficult to get the spray pump to work. I will have to look elsewhere and recommend the manufacturer improve the faulty bottle design. At a minimum, it should be shipped inside a well sealed plastic bag to protect other products.

This seemed to work better when it was the older bottle , it still works better than other's I have tried, maybe it is some ion form of Magnesium which absorbs better???
