Give satiety.It tastes different from wheat flour but it is acceptable on diet grounds but still you get the same texture and puffiness like wheat flour. Use some wheat ( a very little) flour while spreading into roti.

Better keto flour
As someone on keto diet you'd want to eat foods with lowest net carbs without compromising hard on the taste. That's why I ordered this one which has 2.6g net carb and the other one which has 0.9g net carb both. Here's my brief review:Taste - This 2.6 net carb one may taste good in the begininning but you get an aftertaste of flaxseeds. While the yellow (0.9g) net carb is tastes pretty neutral.Texture - Blue one is easy to roll, puffs easily and rotis come out thin. While the yellow one is hard to roll and rotis are thick.Satiety: Surprisingly, 2 rotis of this blue one will keep you full. While 2 rotis of the yellow one has very little satiety and you will start feeling hungry in no time.
