Injured muscles or back get healing heat
I do not buy these to keep me warm. I have a back problem from an old injury and arthritis problems in my shoulders. I was spending too much on this type of product at CVS or Walgreens till I discovered this brand when I was visiting Japan. I use them when driving a long distance, when I sleep at night, or when I have to spend too much time at a desk. I go through a lot of these each week and they are a fraction of the price of any US products like Thermacare or drug store private brands

Useless! Same as your body temperature
I don’t recommend this product since it only reaches body temperature if you stick it on your skin. It is useless. I am actually a return customer who bought their products two years ago. It wasn’t like that in the past. The quality really goes terrible at present.
