This is my second such product and this one is much better quality. I'm really happy with how sturdy it is and how well-built. It's easy to adjust and is working great!It places my laptop at a height that is easier on my neck when using my computer on my bed.

I spend a lot of time on my laptop, and for a long time that meant the computer was literally on my lap, which means my neck gets strained looking down at the screen. It was causing headaches, so I decided to look into laptop desks to get into a more comfortable position. I tried another desk before this one, but immediately knew it was not going to meet my needs.PRO: The three joints on each leg are rotatable by a full 360 degrees. Each joint has the degrees of turn noted on the knob so you don't have to guess. You can ensure that both joints are set to the same degree of turn.PRO: The numerous holes in the desk allow for excellent airflow, keeping the laptop well ventilated and cooled. While the legs are plastic, the desk is metal, which feels sturdyPRO: Light weight, making it easy to pick up from the floor while seated to get it into position.PRO: It folds flat if you choose to close all the leg joints down. This is great for storing or taking with when traveling. Not as convenient if you use the desk regularly at home. I just set it on the floor next to the chair where I use it.CON: It's a little too bulky to use sitting on my couch with my feet on the floor. In order to get to a comfortable position away from my body to allow for easy typing has it halfway off the edge of the couch. This means I either have to sit on the couch so my legs are stretched across the cushions and my back is against the arm of the couch, or (as I more often do), set up on my recliner where I can elevate the foot of the chair to allow enough distance from me for comfortable typing and a not feel like the desk is being squished against the sides.CON: This may only be a ME issue. I like the desk elevated enough that my screen is directly in front of me so I don't have to bend my neck at all. This means I need to put a pillow on my lap, under the desk, to provide extra support so it doesn't wobble. If you don't have yours adjusted quite as high, you likely wouldn't have this issue.CON: The lip at the bottom of the desk - the bit that keeps the laptop from slipping off the desk - is squared off and starts to dig into your wrists while you're typing. I dealt with this by purchasing some cushioned padding that is meant for child-proofing furniture. That cushion is U-shaped and has adhesive backing. I was able to cut to the length of the desk and wrap that squared, slightly sharp front edge. Problem solved. It's not very comfortable and I have many times spent hours (6+) on the computer on this desk without any digging into my wrists and without any neck aggravation since I'm in a much more ergonomic position.I definitely recommend this desk and would buy it again. Definitely worth the price I paid.

The general idea is great, but this is definitely not sturdy enough to use on a bed. It's also not quite big enough to safely hold a large tablet, like the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra. Smaller tablets are probably ok, when using on a solid surface.

It has been over three years since I ordered this product. Finding a laptop stand that has enough ventilation holes to accommodate my laptop that pulls air from below and pushes it out the top and sides was challenging! As I am preparing to set up my brand new laptop, this is literally the only piece from my old setup that has not broken, not worn out, and has put up with constant use 24/7 for the past three years. It has been packed in luggage, backpacks, carried, cleaned repeatedly, and even suffered the mishap of a fat cat landing on it thinking it was a cat perch more than once. It is wide enough to accommodate an MSI Stealth Pro 17" GS73RG series, and definitely wide enough to hold its later upgrade, a MSI Stealth Studio 16". Absolutely recommend it if you are in need of lifting your laptop up to meet eye level while you work or game, but don't want to sacrifice portability.

I purchased one of these laptop stands and couldn't be happier. The ability to customize the angle and height is great and on a hard surface it is quite sturdy. I use mine to hold my laptop over a printer and the design allows for superior airflow over my previous model while keeping the footprint small enough to share space with another device. I have since purchased a second stand for use at work. My only issue, and not enough to warrant taking away a star is the lip on the front of the stand could be a bit larger to better hold the laptop in place.

I have been using this computer stand for about two months now, and I still can't get used to the fact that it moves when I type. This happens because the stand is not sturdy and made from flimsy, thin plastic. The design looks like it would work well, but unfortunately the shortcuts taken in product materials make a big difference in functionality here. It also tips over easily, which is not helpful. It is basically a cheap piece of junk. Save your money. I also want to say that this is not a bad reflection on the seller. The item arrived on time, and was not damaged or anything like that. This review is solely based on product quality.
