Although I can hear conversations perfectly clear I am unable to use this device because the other caller hears extremely loud and annoying static. People have asked if I'm standing under an electrical box. I am not able to use the device at all and now it's too late to return it. Do not buy this product if you have a Polycom phone.

Excellent quality. Like how they fit in a just and also that they block out background sound. The volume adjust just fine with the phone's settings and the connectors work for each one.

This is a super high quality headset. I'm impressed by the sound quality in both directions. I also really like that it came with 2 connectors - one that works with our Polycom Soundpoint phones and one that works with our wireless handsets. We can keep them plugged into each phone and then quick disconnect/connect from one to the other. The cords are plenty long enough too. We bought one of these to try it out and then bought a second one. It's very adjustable in most directions, but the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that it's a bit tight on the head (mentioned by at least one other reviewer) and the only way to loosen it is to make it a bit longer by extending the earpieces down a bit - but then it doesn't fit right. I wish there was some way to adjust the tension in the bend of the over the head piece. The curve that it's bent at would be fine if the plastic wasn't so strong and resistant to opening up a bit. My head is average sized (I'm not a bobblehead) so I think that a lot of folks may experience the tightness.

Might be good for some but not in any way comfortable. for the price I would expect a tad more comfort and the mic to be better. I can hear myself breath but they can't hear me on the other end. weird. returned.

I was looking for a headset to make outbound calls from my business. I have a Polycom VOIP Phone and wanted something I could hook to that. It connected but the sound was horrible and I would never use this device for calls. Since that is the sole purpose of the device I rate it at a 1. Not one to be that demanding, but this was a bad experience.

it works nice

Bought this headset for front desk and it worked for about a week. Reception was terrible and the comfort level was awful. Will not be buying this product again.
