Good product. Bought to help with perimenopause symptoms. Switched to another brand because of price point. This one does have a bit of an aftertaste because of the bone broth but it's not terrible.Definitely helped with perimenopause symptoms... lighter flow, less cramps

So I've been taking this product for about 3 weeks now and have noticed quite a bit of improvement in a number of areas. First thing to note is that until I know how my body is going to react to a new supplement, I start off slowly, in this case only 1 on the first day, 2 for 2 days and since all went well, I upped to the suggested 3/day taking 1 with each meal. (Because of certain health issues I prefer to take things with food even though it's not required for this supplement.) The first improvement I noticed was an improvement with cognitive thinking! My ability to concentrate has improved as I continued to take this supplement. I also have had good improvement with muscle and joint pain decreasing so movement is a lot more comfortable. That's a lot of improvement in critical areas for me so I definitely will continue taking this as a staple supplement! Excellent product! Update: I continue to purchase this product because it works well for me and the proof shows up measurably if I don't take it! I recently paired it with a 200 mg ubiquinol supplement and seen even more improvement! Each supplement on it's own has helped but when I paired them together the result was even better!

These pills took me from eating atleast 7 44oz cups of ice and drinking as much , or more water a day, due to very low iron...after 3 days the ice was not appealing to my mouth when ingested...the ice eating was cut in half in 3days, as it was not appealing, but necessary still due to lack of iron, BUTTT, or say after 3 weeks ,as suggested...I built the pills...2 at 1st, then 4, then 6...no ice eating or excessive water drinking. The pills have no taste, u do not have to eat w them...and after building for a while...u will not ne able to take them at night, due to the energy u will get from just 2 a day . Inwas suggested by my dr to take very high doses of iron or...get iron injections...neither of which I was willing to do...due to the horrible effects of large amounts of iron...duh...I didn't want to feel worse!!! So....all that being said...these pills saved my life...I continue to order them and also...if someone has the flu or some serious illness...give them a couple..they'll ne better in no time!!!

I think this is the best way to eat liver and other organ meats. I only take one pill every few days because it is way too potent for my body. I have a relatively consistent diet and when I was taking close to the recommended dose I was having symptoms of vitamin A toxicity. My lips dried out and were burning so much from the dryness, it was something I had to look up on google since it was so odd. It had never happened to me in that severity. I looked up “severely dried lips” and vitamin A toxicity showed up. Turns out beef liver has huge amounts of vitamin A. Also I looked at my nails and there was a significant “buildup”, a bump in my nails appeared, once I stopped taking it 3 times a day and reduced it to 2 times a week. Pretty sure the bump is unnatural, as my nails are pretty consistent and already strong. Just a warning to those who are like me and are extremely sensitive and only need this as a maintenance supplement. At least you know it might work if you are deficient!

Have only just started using this product but so far I can truly say I can tell a difference. I bought it after researching ‘mindless eating’- that pesky nudge that kept sending me back to the pantry or fridge. Turns out it can be due to nutritional deficit, even with a so-called ‘good’ diet. Since we don’t use organ meats, and really, most of those are not that appealing, I decided to try this supplement. I’ve only been using it about a week, but I have noticed definitely that when I’m done having a meal, I’m ‘done’ eating, I’m good, and not stalking the kitchen an hour later 🙄. I gave it 5 stars across the board, with the exception of 4 stars for ‘easy to swallow’- they aren’t hard to swallow but I do wish you didn’t have to take 3 of them- that’s a lot to swallow ;) But I will continue taking them very happily. I also think this was an excellent price, as other similar products were much more expensive. If you’ve been on the fence about trying a product such as this one, I’d say give it a try!

Great ProductI have been taking this and a cartilage collagen for about a month. Ordered both from Amazon. My inflammation was so high and I suffer from osteoporosis and fibromyalgia.I broke my back 7 years ago and every joint in my body ached. Since I've been taking this and of course calcium and vitamin d I went down our steps today one leg at a time instead of having to take the steps placing one foot then the next foot on the same step. Even the stiffness in my hands in the morning is much less. Thank you so much for this product! It has truly been life changing for me.I just reordered for my second month, I pray this continues to work and my quality of life is forever painless!

I am very happy with this product. Most people do not get enough vitamin A in their diets, and adding it to my routine was the main reason I decided to try this organ meat blend. The capsules are easy to swallow and have little odor and no aftertaste. It was important that these came from grass fed, not grass finished animals. The addition of bone broth was also important to me. I have little or no pain in my joints now. And I have no anxiety symptoms, which was a benefit I hadn’t expected! I read about the company and was impressed with their quality certifications and their dedication to a great product at an affordable price. I will definitely buy these again.
