I started using this body oil recently and it’s become part of my daily routine. I like to mix a little with my lotion. It makes the texture super smooth and helps it go on easier and spread more evenly. You can also use it just as it is, or even add a few drops to bath water for extra moisture. It makes my skin feel soft, hydrated, and not greasy. Plus, the cocoa butter scent is really nice and comforting. A little goes a long way, and I’ll definitely keep buying it!

This is indeed a very good product. Moisturizes and smooths plus it has a subtle but pleasant smell. It works much better on damp skin as directed. Don’t use too much as it is very very shiny

The initial smell is really strong. It smells just like hot chocolate but I find it to be honestly overwhelming and it makes me a little nauseous. After I’ve actually put it on my skin however, it has a much more faint, sweet chocolately smell that doesn’t really linger.As for how it actually is as an oil- I love it. I bought it because I get super dry skin but it’s soo much work to put lotion on my whole body and I wanted something lower effort. Although I find that it absorbs super fast which can make it kinda hard to spread, if you use a good amount and your skin isn’t absolutely dying of dryness then it’s easy to apply. I love layering it beneath a lotion, which locks in moisture and makes the lotion much easier to apply. I was planning on getting the Palmers cocoa butter lotion but I found a very similar product for much better value from Nivea which i recommend (can’t attest to how it actually compares because I haven’t tried palmers yet).I’ve noticed the oil makes my skin super soft and hydrated, and even helps a little with redness and evening out my skin tone. The bottle will last a while even if I use it on my whole body after every shower. I’ve noticed over time since using it I need to use less because my skin is less dry.Overall I definitely recommend it, especially if you’ve got dry skin but you’re super lazy.

While it’s not overpowering, I’m just not a fan of the cocoa butter fragrance. It’s a personal preference, though, and doesn’t take away from how effective the oil is. I have KP, also known as chicken skin. I have been using this oil after my showers. I put it on right after I dry myself. It absorbs really quick. It’s like a dry oil almost. It leaves your skin feeling so soft and moisturized. It’s. Worked wonders for my KP. I’m 41 years old and it took me all my freaking life to find something that actually helped and it’s dirt cheap. The bottle of oil lasts me about two months or a month and a half if I’m really using a ton of it. I don’t skimp and it lasts me a long time. So it’s less than five dollars a month. You can’t beat that plus the results speak for themselves. I giva 10 out of 10. I love this stuff.
