I have tried tons of supplements to help with sleep and these actually work. They are a little pricy but well worth it!

This is a great product that safely and reliably promotes restfulness prior to bedtime. It has all the ingredients of NuSkin’s product (named NightTime) and then some. Given the choice, I would chose this product hands-down.

Did nothing for me and one of the most expensive supplement brands with poor testing … Pure encapsulations also appears to be cutting corners to enhance profits since the nestle takeover. For example l've noticed most new formulations are utilizing the inactive form of b6 rather than the active P5P form which formerly was included in formulations that had b6 in them...EXPENSIVE! NOT WORTH IT !

I ordered this for my husband. He keeps waking up in the middle of the night and not able to go back to sleep. This didn’t make any difference.

Seem to help but you need to take two for best results.. which makes it over priced compared to other alternatives

It works and it doesn’t make you feel drowsy. I go to sleep in 30’, and also have no issues waking up in the middle of the night when my kids need me, and then going back to sleep. The smell is strong, but you just pop it in your mouth and swallow it quickly and problem solved.
