Easy to swallow.Taste is not good but it doesn’t last long

I don't take Vitamin C, but I use it, in my water distiller, to neutralize the chloramine that we have in Houston that they use to disinfect the water. Chloramine in chlorine and ammonia gas; distilling the water won't remove it as it vaporizes and the re-condenses.Vitamin C has to sit for 30 minutes before starting the distilling; I use 5 drops per gallon of water. I keep a small dropper bottle with the distiller and the 8 oz bottle in the refrigerator.Houston has the 6th worst water in the country, so I run the water through a countertop filter and into my Megahome distiller; good stuff!

I purchased this product because of the high potency vitamin C expectation. I wanted this from natural fruit as pictured on the label.After receiving the product, I found out that the first ingredient is asorbic acid 1000 mg. From what I have read this is not the real deal.It does have vitamin C from Rose Hips 1000 mg which is better. It is not what I expected from something calling itself High Potency.Also can't get through to a live person at customer service. They force to go to email which annoys me. I gave it 3 stars for having some genuine vitamin C, but wouldn't recommend it for someone looking for the best source of it.

Before I found Nature's Answer vitamin C, the only supplements I could find were in pill or capsule form that were very large and difficult to swallow. I don't find the taste to be unpleasant, but usually take it in juice or iced tea. I did see that several of the negative reviews had addressed a breakage issue rather than the product. It is bottled in glass. My order was very well cushioned and arrived intact.
