Buckthorn tree killer (and other invasives)
We use a 10% to 15% mix of this with diesel fuel to spray on invasive species stumps that we cut down, usually buckthorn , honeysuckle, autumn olive, Japanese barberry, etc. We also mix this with water to foliar spay the same plantsā leaves when they re-sprout (we add surfactant to the mix to help it stick to the leaves).

Great Weed killer
Powerful weed killer. Kills English Ivy which is very hard to kill. Expensive but worth it.

Triclopyr 4 the win
This Triclopyr 4 stuff has been fantastic for killing the violet taking over my lawn. It hasn't harmed the fescue at all. I did find that I had to mow before applying because a lot of the violet was actually low lying, and I could spray it better once the grass wasn't shielding it anymore. Use a little surfactant, and know it'll take a few sprays to really get rid of it.

My go-to solution to buckthorn treatment
Buckthorn is a very aggressive invasive in the woods around here, and it's easiest to deal with it in fall and winter. We cut them an inch or two above the soil and use triclopyr thinned to 25% with kerosene to paint the stumps. You can use it below freezing, there's no overspray, and the buckthorn does not re-sprout. This oil-soluble herbicide isn't available in consumer-oriented retail outlets like Home Depot.

Kills hard to kill shrubs, saplings & many other nuisances.
This stuff is a godsend for killing morning glory, shrubs, and saplings. I purchased an old farmhouse with a yard that was severely neglected. What should have been grass was a thick carpet of morning glory. I'm preparing to do landscaping this year and the weeds need to go before I can start. I sprayed the morning glory last fall, within a week it was yellow and dying. Now that spring is here there is no trace of the morning glory. Just dirt a spring grass.

Visible results in 18 hours.
I mixed 2 oz per gal. In a backpack sprayer for weeds and grass in my yard. 18 hours later everything is starting to wilt, these are very good results. I recommend wearing long pants, shoes, gloves and a mask over your mouth and nose. I compare it to Garlon.š
