The strap locks are flimsy and out of 3 mostly 2 are faulty.Also the the back strap top stitching position is unscientific,when we back pack,due to incorrect positioning of top stitch,bag hangs tilted outwards.Also the stitches are not strong enough.We purchased 8 or so and all of them had to be repaired locally spending 200/- each to make them useful
