We bought this as an alternative to pinking scissors in our fabric cutting room in our business.We do a lot of cutting of our companies wallpapers and fabrics to send samples to clients and pinking scissors are fine but is time consuming. So bought these to be quicker.In summary, the smooth discs are excellent for using to cut through lengths of wallpaper.The pinking cutting discs are much less effective. We produce high quality linen, cotton and velvet fabrics and they simply do not cut through them cleanly either not cutting through the fabric or snagging the fibres. Several of our team have tried and we all got the same results.So fine for cutting paper, but not good for cutting fabric.

Really good when cutting 3 or 4 pieces of material, not tried more. Definitely need a board or cutting mat underneath

I use it for my craft work, easier than scissors i have bad hands and have found it a great help

Was not straight forward to start with very stiff. Needed a man to get it working. Instructions lacking.
