Fantastic upgrade
Changed to a set of these 5100's from stock shocks on my 2020 Tundra. Used a pair of Eibach +2.5" front springs with the front shocks set on the lowest groove. Ride and handling has been greatly improved. Trailering is a huge improvement also. There's a reason these 5100's have been the go-to shock for Tundras for many years. Very affordable and fantastic upgrade from stock. I couldn't be happier with them.

Good quality product, at a great price. 2011 Tundra 2WD
The shocks are easy to install yourself. Took me a little less than 3 hours using hand tools, and some spring compressors (free rental at autozone).2.3in lift is advertised, but I only got 1.5in out of it. Probably due to the Cattleman bumper and guard (450lbs) I have on the front. However the ride quality is much better than the stock shocks. They seem stiffer and definitely more responsive.

Great leveling kit!!
Brought the nose up about 2.5” and now sits just about an inch lower than the back. Which was what I wanted. Set mine on the top setting. The ride feels improved as well. Not as harsh and more sure footed. I would definitely recommend these! Just remember to get an alignment after they’re installed. And little tip, put anti-seize on all the hardware when you’re reassembling. Prevents corrosion and makes things a little easier for the next time you have to replace shocks. I googled some how too articles and found this to be a fairly easy job for a practiced do it yourselfer. The photos are in sequence before then after.

Make sure you have a torch....
Toyota uses this style of rear shock that has an eye and bolt at the bottom, but the dreaded stud at the top. These studs are notorious for getting rusted and corroded around the threads, so that when you try to take the old shock out of the truck you cannot get the nut to come loose. Usually you'll need to torch the old shock stud and/or cut it off with a rotary tool. If you don't know what you're doing, you'll need a mechanic to do this. Installing these shocks isn't hard, but uninstalling them later IS.As far as ride quality, these Bilstein 5100s are firm. Much firmer than stock. So the ride is a bit more jarring at times. However, they also greatly reduce body roll and suspension bounce on rough roads. I really like that part.

Huge improvement with these
I replaced the factory shocks on my 2011 Tundra with 5100s. I put the front setting all the way up to level the truck and gained around 2.5 in not quite level but much better. After installing a diff drop kit and a alignment the ride felt a bit stiff. After about a week of driving there awesome. It rode good on the original 4600 bilsteins but these are a huge improvement. Rides like a brand new truck Very satisfied with these.

Waited 9 months and I gave up
I have a 2014 F150 that I ordered a complete set of Bilstein 5100 series shocks. I had them sitting around for a while and by the time I started the installation the pandemic was in full swing. Due to a mistake on my part I had to disassemble one shock and in doing that I twisted the top of the piston rod and had to cut the shock apart. Since then I've been waiting 9 months for stock to come back in. It's always another 3 months. Today I up and went with another manufacturer. This will cost me almost $600 once it's done. Beware!
