The best Zupa Grzybowa (Polish Mushroom Soup) I've found
Made with 750ml of water/fluid rather than 500ml of water/fluid so you end up with 50% more soup per packet.I prefer making it with a mix of water and milk rather than all water. It makes the soup richer.Takes some involvement, slow heating and stirring with a whisk is a necessity.Not perfect, but better than any of the others I've found in Polish food stores.
