Clearly written and a great resource.

Good book

This FMEA Pocket Handbook should be one of the tools every design and process engineer should own. It provides an excellent reference for evaluating a design for its potential failure modes, effects, and criticality to the next level subsystem or system.

It’s a handbook, so very basic info, but a great intro to the subject matter.

Well, it IS a handbook, and it certainly fits comfortably in a shirt pocket. If you have never seen an FMEA before, this little booklet has everything you should need to get started. If you have seen (or done) a few FMEAs, you may find that you already know most of what's here. If you want to dig a bit deeper (for example, the distinction between local effects and next-higher level effects) you will need to go elsewhere.

There are basics in a straightforward and short version.

Nice and compact. It has everything you need in a pocket book.

I brought this pocket guide needing something concise about Failure Mode & Effects Analysis FMEA. This is it. It gives just enough to be useful as a memory jog but not too much to become too much information TMI. Well worth the cost.
