This vanilla protein shake is so nice. 330ml bottle and 35g of protein. It does help me hit my protein goals for a day in a tasty way. The flavour is rather sweet but good amd smooth.

The vanilla flavour is quite nice, although it is quite sweet, but it doesn't contain added sugar and is actually low in calories. Good protein content and is convenient to drink on the go. I've also tried many other brands, but this one is the best for sure.

First and foremost this product does its job. Packing 20g of protein into a 60ml shot. I do not like trying to force down 250ml of double choc protein shake after a workout, it just feels like too much. These on the other hand i can down easily.The flavour is...average. Mine was very coconut-ty and was not unpleasant. The texture I found to be...thick and somewhat syrupy. These though are for people who just need to get the nutrition in and flavour is a secondary consideration. Very handy to keep in a gym bag or lunchbox. Overall very happy.

The strawberry milkshake is yummy and easy to drink. The smooth, light textured shake has no added sugar and is fat free plus 35g protein. A great drink to take post workout.

Why did you choose this product over others?:A few of them tasted okay, some of them tasted like they had gone off months ago.

The chocolate version is my favourite. It's rich and thick and creamy and very filling. The bottle is not too big so you can take it to the gym or put it in your work bag. I like it served chilled and sometimes I'll scoop in some ice cream to make it even more luxurious. Love it.

I agree with everyone saying the taste is horrible but I don’t think it’s as bad as they’re saying it is. If it was a full on drink I couldn’t finish it, but as a shot I can handle it. It’s worth it for the gains. I don’t like drinking full protein shakes so this helps. They could benefit from having multiple flavours though
