Hanwei Practical Plus Tanto Sword

it's an outstanding blade for the price, it haves a beautiful hamon line. the saya came a bit loose but that can be easily fixed with a wood veneer and wood glue so no problem so far. the blade is not that sharp but 1566 stell its pretty good for sharpening so if you have a sharpening store in your city do not hesitate on taking it there you wont regret the result!

This is legit, CAS Hanwei makes beautiful edged weapons. When i first bought the tanto i was afraid i would have been cheated out of my money, but what i bought is what i paid for. The blade itself is very sharp, i cut the box it came in in half with one swing. The tanto comes with a small black bag to wrap the sheathed blade when not in use. The handle is well made, and the blade has a nice feel when held. The only problem i wish it came with a polishing kit, because the blade was a little dirty when i got it. P.s. it also came with information on how the blade was made and instructions for care. I'm looking forward to buying from CAS Hanwei again.

for the price thats a very nice tanto, however mine came loose in the saya (scabbard), it kept falling out and wiggling, there was nothing holding it in place in the saya at all

Recommended for responsible, competent individuals. Fools will hurt themselves, pretty badly, perhaps. This is not a toy. That said, excellent balance, very nice feel, quality product. "Practical Plus" sums it up.
