Clip-On Glow-in-The-Dark Watch

I work in a mental institution. We have break away lanyards.. the first time it accidentally separated and hit the floor it broke.The clock lost a few minutes the first week.

I bought this because I'm in training for Ski Patrol and needed a watch with a second hand that's accurate and very easy to read, even in poor conditions and low light. The face glows in the dark quite brightly - I've had others comment on it when I'm wearing it, and I can read it even in near complete darkness so long as it's been exposed to light (even casually). The second hand has helped me pass exams where I need to use both hands to find and take pulse rates, and I can look down at my belt or pack (or wherever I clip it) and count off.It's slightly heavier than other similarly sized watches I've owned in the distant past, but likely due to the metal clip on it, and since it's not on my wrist I don't notice that at all. Size-wise I'm very pleased as it's very much what I was expecting - roughly 1.5" around the face and 3" including the clip, roughly half an inch thick at the most. A watch-sized-watch.We'll see how it holds up bashing around on my kit as I ski, where it'll likely get very cold, wet, and knocked around a lot as I already stay out in all conditions and zip around. Recommended so far!

My Husband hates to wear a watch, he is retired but still works doing some construction on our house. He also likes to deer hunt with his brothers. He also does not like carrying a phone so he really is lost when it comes to knowing what time it is. With this watch he can go out in the woods in the dark and still see what time it is. The real plus for me is maybe he will be home for supper on time instead of looking outside to see if it is getting dark yet...lol.

I love the look and dial. The clasp hinge on mine looks like it wants to fall apart from how loose it is.

my husband buys this type of watch all the time. clips to jeans always has the time. and is always stopped by passers by "what time is it?"

It looks cool, but didn’t last more than a day. The clip broke, rendering it unwearable. Disappointing.

Unique and charming to look at. I hang it on the outside strap of my purse, so that I can conveniently see it when I need to. Works great. I brought it to a jeweler to have them put the battery in that came with the watch, but they found there was already a new one in there. So my watch came with two new batteries!

I loved the way it was made but the clip is not very sturdy! This is second one I bought because the first clip fell apart but I like ease of reading it and put it on additional clip to put on belt loop. Did not expect to get spare batteries--may not be able to change them out! I need it for work!!

Sports

Does not glow at night when you need it most. It glows in the day time but the luminous doesn't hold a charge long enough

I've had a few of these clip-on watches. This one has the best clip. The others broke, and are timepieces lying around on tables and benches now.

I have had this type of watch before , they just clip on your belt loop, they are easy to read. I work in an industry where a regular wrist watch just not work, they are always catching and these days with regular hand washing , a wrist watch needs removing, a belt watch does not, wash and go ! 🤠

My partner had a similar one from LeeValley that died and he loves this style of watch so was so happy to get it and wears it constantly.
