The quality is extremely good. My husband had this pillow case custom made for me, and I love it. It zips up, and is soft. Plus I think you can get two different images on it.

The size was right, pictures were accurate, and it was very soft. Husband loved it.

the print was pretty high quality, only a little crunchy but that was because I used a crunchy image. I put it in the washing machine inside out or in a laundry bag and the print still looks completely fine. it is starting to fall apart slightly by the zipper, really just a few threads coming loose, but that's really just from cuddling with the pillow every day for over a year.

I submitted artwork for mine and it arrived beautifully. I was surprised that it was fuzzy (I must've overlooked that before) so I'm a little concerned about pet hair sticking to it, but overall I don't think that's anything a lint roller won't solve. On one side the image does appear smaller than what I was expecting. I'm unsure if that was an error on my part or if it was sized down by the manufacturer for some reason, but the image itself looks great.I'll definitely be using them again in the future.
