Brilliant service .... but didn't work :0(

As someone who is into running but has trouble with nose blockages I was intrigued with these. My husband also snores so was able to try these out for two uses.The pack arrived with 5 pairs all in slightly different sizes. my husband found one which fit well, however I was torn between two sizes. One felt too small the other too loose. I persevered with the smaller pair, and got used to them.The plastic they are made from is thinner and softer than expected which was good. The picture looked as though they would be quite tough which I was a little worried about. They do make mention of being almost invisible which I disagree with. For me at least I could not get them to fit comfortably entirely within my nostrils, so the rims peeked out. Plus the nose band connecting them together is bright blue so very noticeable.Overall I didn't find them overly comfortable. However my husband got on better with them and found that they did help with his breathing. I tried these out today as a way of attempting to boost my fitness for a 5 a side game. I was concerned, having not played football for months and having quite a bad cold, that I would not be able to keep up with the game.My fitness was quite decent which I believe was helped in part by this product. They certainly did help to open my airway up and more oxygen surely means better performance. However, it is obviously difficult to say how I would have performed without them.Upon opening the box I was pleased to find that there was a set large enough to fit my sizeable nostrils! They are reasonably comfortable to wear. The only downside is that they look rather unsightly with the bright blue band across the nose!Please note, I received this product at a discount in exchange for an honest review and this is my actual opinion.

I wasn't expecting quite the variety of sizes that arrived but I have found that the small fits well. Once in and gotten used to it's clear that it helps breathing through the nose.The material is soft and very pliable making it easy to insert into the nose, even with a nose ring in which was surprising and pleasing.I received this for a discounted rate in order to review it.

is incredible how much more air flows in to the nose due to this small tubes. I use it for running and on a medium pace i can notice that i can breath only trough my nose.Due to that, my heart rate went 10 bpm lower than usual. is a great tool for the training session and not only
